The property comprises of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge/diner. The lounge has a bed settee which can sleep a further two people. There is a balcony off the lounge which overlooks the communal swimming pool with mountains to the rear. The apartment also has a private rooftop solarium from which you also have sea views. The beach is only a five minute flat walk where a number of bars, restaurants and shops can be found. Puerto de Mazarron has more shops, bars and numerous clubs that will entertain you in the summer months.

Our Apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, complete with Tv, DVD player and Hi Fi (so bring some DVD's to watch & some CD's to listen to), a fully fitted kitchen comes complete with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, iron & ironing board kettle etc.etc... Linen is supplied but, bring please your own towels. You can relax on the either, the balcony, private solarium complete with sunbeds where you can sunbathe without any prying eyes! or just relax in the private garden. Bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans for your comfort for the hotter times of the year. For the winter, there is a gas heated fire.

Locally, you have a varied range of attractions. 10 min's inland you have a newly finished 18 hole golf course, for the avid walker you have got the Sierra de Espuna, Murcia's national park, the top is more than 200m higher than Ben Nevis in Scotland and has superb views on a clear days. The local beaches all have a different theme, from the sporting beach, to children's beach, just over the rambla towards Puerto de Mazarron you will find the Playa Grande beach where there is a children's playground with swings and slides, alternatively if it's Water Parks you prefer, then there is Aqualandia near Benidorm, or somewhat nearer, there is the Aquapark at Vera. Not forgetting Mini-Hollywood which is just over an hour away. The Wild West Theme Park where many Spaghetti Westerns were made by stars such as Clint Eastwood.
